What we collect
Only what you give us: through a form on this site, on the phone, or through Spitogatos when you ask there about a home we list. That is your name, phone number or email, and what you tell us about the home you want or the home you own. Photos you send with a request are stripped of their location data and seen only by us.
To stop automated abuse, we count how often an internet address sends a form or tries to sign in. We keep only a scrambled form of the address, which cannot be turned back into it, and delete it within two hours; a backup made in that time keeps it, still scrambled, until the backup is deleted.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
What stays in your browser
The site keeps a few small notes in your own browser so it can remember you: your saved homes, your last search, when you last visited, so it can show what is new, whether you prefer the map or the list, and whether you have seen the opening during this visit. They are never sent to us, and you can delete them by clearing this site's data in your browser. The site sets no cookies for visitors.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, arrange viewings and valuations, and contact you about homes that match what you asked for. We rely on taking the steps you asked for before any agreement, however you reached us, and for a form on this site also on the consent you give when you send it.
Who else sees it
No one outside Neuval, unless you ask us to share it, for example with a lawyer or a notary during a purchase. A few companies handle it for us, and only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare carries every visit to the site, so it sees your internet address, and keeps our backups in the European Union.
- netcup runs the server the site and your details live on, in Vienna, Austria.
- Google carries our email when we write back to you, and holds the requests Spitogatos sends us.
- Resend sends the automatic email that confirms we have your request.
Cloudflare, Google and Resend are American companies, so your details may also be handled in the United States.
Services your browser reaches
To draw the maps, your browser asks OpenFreeMap for map images and labels, and Amazon Web Services for the heights of the land. Both see your internet address, as any website does. Video tours load from YouTube, in its privacy-enhanced mode, only when you press play; from then on YouTube's own privacy terms apply. Our fonts are served by us.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for two years after our last contact with you, so that if you come back we already know what you were looking for, and then delete them. Ask at any time and we delete them sooner, unless the law asks us to keep a record longer, for example of a sale.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, to receive a copy, to object to how we use them, or to withdraw your consent, at any time. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
